    Founder and former CEO of NovaSource Power Services. Troy has a 15-year career in renewable energy and led the EPC and O&M divisions of First Solar prior to founding NovaSource.

  • JON MCDONALD, CPA

    Venture capitalist and former CFO of Meraki Solar, a multi-state solar installer and the largest residential installer in the state of Florida. Jon previously worked in Big 4 Accounting and Healthcare with executive level positions in finance and procurement.

  • SUNIL GUPTA, MD

    Multi-venture entrepreneur and leading retina physician in the US. Sunil previously Founded and exited 7th largest communications tower company to Blackstone in early stages of industry and founded US Retina which is the industry leading GPO responsible for $1.5B in annual purchasing.

  • Ken Mahaffey

    Ken is our CLO and an expert in managing and governing legal matters for public and private companies in the renewable energy space. Prior to joining Enersource, Ken was the General Counsel for SunPower where he spent 14 years managing all legal matters and the CLO for Revolv Global Inc which provides EV solutions for commercial fleet operations.
